The Name Song Video

On the day of that first dinner Christophe provided for the children in February 2021, one of the children, Bahati, got everyone in a circle to start singing a song. This song helped him learn the names of others around him. The clapping and singing (in French, one of the primary languages of the area) caught on and everyone joined in. It was so good to see the children smile and participate. Some, were still shy and scared to participate at first. But with a little love and encouragement from a 6 year old and some wonderful adult helpers, everyone around the circle participated.

The NEW video at the bottom is from this Summer, July 2022, and it is the same Name Song, sung by the original 27 children welcoming in their NEW brothers and sisters at their NEW home.
