Our First Child Passes the National Exam!

Michael N passed the DRC National Examination in June and now can attend College/University! CONGRATULATIONS MICHAEL!!

When Michael found out the good news that he passed the 3 day long exams, the children all tossed handfuls of flour in the air (like confetti) to congratulate him! Even little baby Israel got involved in the flour party. So many smiles and so much happiness for their brother. Michael has said he would like to be a doctor to help others ever since he came to Christophe’s Children, and we will do whatever we can to help him fulfill that dream. It costs roughy $3,000 per year for college education including housing. We are looking into medical colleges for Michael, finding where it is safe for him, where he will be able to get back home, and where he feels comfortable.
